Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If 30 days have passed you will no longer be entitled to an exchange or refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE:  If you receive a refund, the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We will only replace defective or damaged items.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@motorflex.co.uk as well as send your item to: Motor Flex, 32 Fenwick Close, Woking, GU213BY, UNITED KINGDOM
 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
